Warrenty & After-sales Care Service.
General speaking, warranty term is one year for our most fitness equipments. In the meanwhile, we will put about 1%-2% damageable parts into container when shippment. So that you can fix it at the moment you need.
when you experience any problems with your bestime equipments, kindly send to us as details as possible or make a video for our reference. We will appreciate highly and solve the problems within a short time.
During the warranty period, warranted defects will be repaired by us, or the defective parts will be replaces, without charge for either parts or labour to repair the detective parts. But this warranty does not cover the removal of the detective parts and the installation of the repaired parts.
If the problems are from the main parts, detective part must be returned to us for exchange. The customer is recponsible for all transportation costs for all returned items and from us to you.
