PRODUCT FEATURE: Electric air fans work differently from conventional fans. The upper part is the ring; the lower part of the fan is cylindrical and has a variable speed control switch on it. The electric bladeless ring works in a manner similar to aircraft wings. Actually the fan does have blades. They are provided in the base of the fan.
